• Transportation to the wineries

• Tasting Fees at each stop

• A delicious deli-style Lunch (Catered by Lunardi’s in Los Gatos)

• Water on the bus for consistent hydration throughout the day

• Your own designated pourer and space during your tasting

• Discounts on wine purchases at most wineries

• Service Fees and Fuel

Pick-up and drop-off locations depend on the tour.

• Pick-ups and drop-offs originate in the Los Gatos and Santa Clara areas for the Grape Escape Tour, Los Gatos Summit Tour, and the Saratoga Wine Trail Tour.

• For the Morgan Hill/Gilroy Tour, the pick-up and drop-offs originate in the Morgan Hill and Gilroy areas.

• For the Winery and Brewery Mixed tour, pick-ups and drop-offs originate in the Los Gatos area.

Please contact us to confirm if your location is within our area range. If you should desire a different pick-up or drop off outside of the geographical areas, additional charges may be applied.

We ask that you book no later than 48 hours in advance so we have time to plan the tour and check availability for the wineries.

We suggest you contact us as soon as you know which day you’d like to book since our tours often sell out fast.

Typically, the pick-up time for our tours is 10:00 AM and the tours last about 4 hours.

The time may vary depending on the day of the week, holiday, and traffic conditions. Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to coordinate a pick-up time at a designated location.

Depending on availability and your group size, you could be paired with another party for your tour.

Yes! We do run tours year-round, subject to the availability of the wineries.

However, there are no tours on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day.

We run our tours rain or shine. Please be sure to check the weather before hand and dress accordingly.
